Inst 1094-B and 1095-B FOR INSURANCE COMPANIES

Inst 1094-C and 1095-C FOR EMPLOYERS

1095 Express will allow you to create IRS Forms 1095 and 1094 transmittals for Afforadable Care ACT (ACA) IRS compliance. The forms are:

1094-B Transmittal
1095-B Information Return for Insurance Companies.
1094-C Transmittal
1095-C Information Return for Employers.

You do not need Form 1094-A and 1095-A as these are for the exchanges to file.

1095 Express provides the following features:

1. Create forms on blank paper with a laser printer.
2. There is no need to order forms.
3. Laser created forms must be mailed to the recipients by January 31, 2016.
4. NEW Laser created forms may be mailed to the IRS by February 28, 2016. See the IRS APPROVAL
5. e-File to the IRS before March 31, 2016 when required.
6. Allows data input by keyboard in "Exact Replica" forms.
7. Allows mass importing of data by COPY AND PASTE FROM EXCEL.

1095 Express cost is $299.00.

Important Note:

The IRS has created a different and more difficult e-Filing system for 1095 forms. It requires that you obtain a new type of TCC. It requires that you join e-Services, and supply personal tax return information. See the link below on "What's New". How to get an AIR TCC
